Overview
We want you to be happy with EnsembleOS. If it's not the right fit, here's how cancellations and refunds work.
Free Tier
The free tier has no cost and requires no payment information. You can use it indefinitely with no obligation.
Monthly Subscriptions
- You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your billing settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a monthly billing period.
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@ensemble-os.com and we will provide a full refund.
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate.
- You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
- If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial annual subscription, contact us for a full refund.
- After 14 days, no refunds are provided for unused time on annual plans.
Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades: When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. This is non-refundable.
- Downgrades: When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the difference.
Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@ensemble-os.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We will investigate and resolve billing issues promptly.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that circumstances change. If you have a genuine reason for requesting a refund outside the terms above, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
